Skype is right on point when it comes to social media - they are reaching people where it is convenient for them, wether that be facebook, twitter...etc.

My company has yet to use Skype for any of our conferences and we all work on Macs - what types of functions are not available to Mac users?

As a Macintosh user from time to time I am dissapointed to discover that certain functions and features of the 'user experience' are not available to me. As director of experience design what are you doing to ensure that us Macintosh customers enjoy the same user experience as those who use Skype in a Windows environment?

Skype is instantly recognizable and has been a pioneer in building community around a brand. Some great insight here!
