In 2007 Cisco acquired online meeting company WebEx. The branding team created a consistent customer experience that aligned the two brands perfectly. WebEx website traffic increased by more than 40% and search for the term ‘WebEx’ increased 17% from the previous year.
You’ll be surprised to know that this was an inside job. And an excellent one it was.
